Statement re Brexit

The IKC will engage with the relevant Depts and organisations to create a workable system for dogs coming in or out of Ireland to compete in our events.

We feel that competing dogs should be seen as athletes and not just pets or stock.

We would envisage relatively easy movement on the island and yes, though the sovereignty of the UK and the EU must be respected we will make every effort to reach a sensible solution to accommodate the competitors travelling between our islands.
