ATTENTION SECRETARIES

– ONLY 6 WORKING DAYS LEFT TO RETURN YOUR 2025  AFFILIATION APPLICATION –

Secretaries are encouraged to return their applications & fee to the offices of the Irish Kennel Club no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday 31^st October 2024 to secure the association/club/societies representation to the An Ard Chomhairle for the year 2025

Supporting documents can follow.

Any queries arising from the application can be addressed after arrival.

The following supporting documents must be supplied by each association/club/society:

• List of members
• List of cups & trophies
• Copy of club rules
• Audited Accounts
• Verification – current bank account statement dating up to the close of accounts to support the clubs closing balance
• AGM confirmation
